Instructions
  1. Whisk the 3 whole eggs.
  2. Heat butter in pan on medium heat.
  3. Add the eggs to pan but do not mix at all.
  4. Drop vegetables and chili on top of egg mixture in pan.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Place lid on pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan with spatula and place on plate.
  8. Enjoy with pesto and good company.
